Leeds Student Village is right in the middle of Leeds.
- 10 minutes away from University of Leeds.
- 15 minutes to Leeds Beckett City Campus.
- 15 minutes to Leeds Train Station.

There is a regular bus service (No. 29) leaving from outside the accommodation taking straight to Headingley Campus via Main City campuses of both universities (only £1).

The studio is on the top (7th) floor. With a disabled access. There are no loud neighbours.

It's extremely convenient. There's 24/7 security.
8.30 AM - 6 PM the reception is open for everyone to come and discuss if any issues arise.
There's a maintenance team on site, so everything is usually fixed on the day.
The reception also accepts any parcels that are delivered to residents that can be collected on the same day.

On the ground floor there's a common room where residents can meet up and play games or watch TV (TV licence included).
There's a pool table, football table available, as well as couches, tables, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles.
Occasionally the admin office organises events including free drinks and food.

The contract is for 44 weeks, 131 per week. £5,764 per year.
