Our current tenant is leaving mid Sept and we will have the complete ground floor available for rent. This is a double room, ensuite shower, double wardrobe and private entrance. Private Kitchenette comprising toaster, microwave, fridge, portable cooking hobs, kettle and washing machine that has some shared use. We live on the 2nd and 3rd floor so the ground floor is pretty much self contained.
