Dbl Room in 4-bed house (with a dog!)

We've got a double room to rent in 4 bed detached house with garden and parking in the heart of Meanwood...and we have a dog!

===THE AREA===

We are in Meanwood - Between Headingley and Chapel Allerton, and only a 10 minute drive/bus to the city centre or motorways.

We have a Waitrose and Aldi all within a 2 minute walk, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, but we are far enough away that it's still quiet.

===ABOUT US===

We are Nick, Kyle and Ollie. Nick is an A&E doctor, Kyle is a cheese expert, and Ollie is a civil servant. We have a dog, Cleo, who is 6. At end of July, our current housemate Stephen is moving out to get his own place.

We want whoever moves in to be willing to help look after Cleo, our wonderful black lab/german shepherd cross. We all pitch in with feeding her & walking her (but Nick pays for everything). It would usually be about 3 times a week to walk her and we do a weekly rota. There is a park just a 5 minute walk away.

Us 3 are fairly easy going and chilled out, and we have varied interests.

We aren't clean freaks, but we like it tidy. We have a chores app where all chores get you points. Every month or two we cash these in and go for dinner as a house. The more you've cleaned, the less you pay. Sounds geeky (and it is) but it works and is better than a cleaning rota! We also have a cleaner come to do the communal areas every fortnight.
