I have a large double room to let in a 2-3 bed house in Meanwood. House is nicely presented with a small driveway if off street parking is required. House is also furnished. Although I know the pictures show it empty.
I am technically a live in landlord but in reality I spend 7 months of the year away with work and most of the rest of the year travelling. I will probably be around for approx. 8 weeks of the year only. So really this property would best suit somebody who is happy in their own space as you will mostly be alone in the house. Just looking for someone nice and trustworthy to take care of the place.
