Large double in professional houseshare

Hi :) a room is coming available in our large professional house share.
The house is large and has plenty of communal space along with generous sized bedrooms. The room available is on the top floor of the house and has a double bed, bedside table, desk and large Ikea built in wardrobes providing lots of storage. The room shared the family bathroom on the top floor with one other. The additional bedroom is an ensuite on the ground floor.

The house has a large kitchen/diner with a Juliette balcony, dishwasher and all the usual amenities. Living room is also a great size and has smart tv and double doors onto the garden. There is also a separate washer and dryer in the house. Space for two cars on the drive but then loads of bay parking out front which doesn’t require a permit so never a worry to park.

The house is ideally located to enjoy all of Meanwoods pubs and restaurants, pop to waitrose/aldi and enjoy a walk in the park. It’s also close to headingley and just 10 mins to centre of Leeds. The landlord is very easy going and friendly but also any issues are resolved quickly.

Looking for an easy going, clean, tidy professional to join the house, someone who enjoys a Friday night wine or a take away :) we enjoy watching Netflix, collecting house plants, reading and baking tasty treats. Housemates both work the usual mon-fri and currently both spend some time working from home.
