Large room in Meanwood

I’m looking for a housemate to live in my 4 bedroom end of terrace house (council tax band B) with me and my two cats, Lenny and Carl.

Located in Meanwood, I live about 5 minutes’ walk from the supermarkets, pubs and restaurants and 10 minutes from the park. There is on street parking outside the back door and a bus stop just opposite so it is perfect for amenities. I also have outdoor space with a deck to sit out on in the summer. Bills are included in the rental price given.

The room is a large double, attic room, currently part furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and built in wardrobe. The rent includes bills, and there is another room opposite the bedroom with a desk and chair for someone who works from home.

I work from home twice a week and walk to work in the city centre otherwise.

I’d like to live with a female professional who likes cats (as a minimum!) I am 34, like cooking, a glass of wine and nights with the telly (generally after running or a class at the gym) I enjoy being outdoors (running, walking, skiing), reading, spending time with friends and family and am friendly and easygoing. Love eating out and pub trips too. I’m doing the Leeds marathon next year so will be running a lot from January to May!
