Single Room available. All options open

Hi,

I have a spare room in the flat and looking to see if anyone is interested,

The room is available until September when a friend will be joining so would really suit someone moving to Leeds and getting set up, looking for something temporary etc.

I'm open to Mon-Friday options too. An open to discussing any options you might want.

The room comes with it's own bathroom that has a bath, sink and toilet. It comes with a single bed and wardrobe with mirrored doors.

All bills are included. If you would like see more of the house I'm happy to take a call or send more pictures.

I am a 35 year old NHS Professional. I'm social and house proud. I work from home two days a week. the desk in picture will be moved into my room.

The flat is next to a park in Meanwood and a close walk to all amenities and bus stop, including the new Beryl bike stop round the corner.
