Great house in Leeds (Meanwood). Near to shops (Aldi, Waitrose), bars (Terminus, No8, MeanwoodTavern), restaurants (Zucco, Via Verde), Meanwood Clinic, Meanwood Park and Valley Trail. All of this is at the bottom of my road. Headingley, Chapel Allerton all within easy walking distance. City centre approx 15 minutes on a bus.
The house is bright and spacious with: livingroom (big TV), dining room, kitchen and conservatory (big TV) that has a treadmill. South facing garden with sitting area and big BBQ. It is really nice in the spring and summer.
Room to rent is spacious with: double bed, desk, wardrobe, drawer, bed shelves and lamp. It has amazing view over the garden.
Price includes all bills and cleaning lady coming twice a month to sort out main areas of the house.
There is three of us. We are easy going professionals.
