Lovely double room in Meanwood house

We have a spare room coming available in our lovely house on the Meanwood/Headingley border.

Room:
The room is on the first floor. It is a bright double room and comes with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk.

House:
There is a large shared living room with TV and open plan dining room + kitchen area all on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk in shower. Second floor has two bedrooms. Small garden area to the back with extra plants and bench where we sit if it is warm enough :) House is located on a very quiet street, approx 5 minutes from Aldi + Waitrose and 5-10 minutes from centre of Headingley (good bus routes in to town) in other direction. The Meanwood valley trail runs along the bottom of the road. There is also parking on the street.

Housemates:
There are three other housemates, one PhD student, one teacher and one landscape architect. We are friendly and like to do house meals every so often and watch TV together. We are all very independent too though so this would suit somebody who also has a lot of their own things going on too.
The house is nice and clean, we have put effort into making it homely with lots of plants and artwork - it is very cosy!

The rent is £390 pcm + bills. These amount to approximately £60 for electric/gas + water+ internet. If you are eligible to pay council tax then this would be extra.
