We’re looking for someone to take over the tenancy in a friendly, low-key four-bed house. Two rooms are available. The house has a large living room and a separate dining room, so there’s plenty of space. It’s on a nice, quiet street with on-street parking.
Move date is negotiable!
The household is quiet and respectful. We’re into walking, climbing, surfing, football, films and good food.
The tenancy takeover runs until the end of July, and you can renew with the letting agents after that. The current two tenants you’ll be leaving with are keen to sign on again in July. We’re looking for someone to take over as soon as possible.
