Hey!
We have a double room available in our lovely spacious house in Meanwood. Only three people live in this house, so with two spare rooms there is loads of space! There is a guest bedroom and the other spare room is great for working from home. In addition to the main bathroom upstairs there is a shower/toilet downstairs.
The house is in a really convenient location with bars and shops (Aldi / Waitrose) less than a 5 min walk away.
I am a Graduate Engineer and my housemate Fin is a PhD student. Some of the things we enjoy doing include climbing, swimming, cooking and music. We're very easy going and enjoy sharing meals from time to time as well as going for a climb or a drink.
You will be taking over the tenancy from our current housemate Rose who is moving to York for work.
