Hi 👋 I’ve recently bought a 2-bed flat in Meanwood and I’m looking to rent out the spare bedroom to a young professional in their early to mid twenties.

The room comes furnished with a brand new 3/4 bed and mattress, as-well as a large fitted wardrobe & mirror. Being a first floor flat, the room gets really nice natural light in the morning and looks out onto greenery.

The flat itself is a 2-bed, 1 bath which is in a brilliant location only 10 minutes walk from both Headingley & Meanwood centres. I personally really like how leafy and green the surrounding area is, with Meanwood park only a 5 minute walk away and the river flowing within 50 metres of the front of the flat.

A free parking space is included as part of the rent and there is also a bus stop just outside the flat for easy access to the city centre.

About me: I’m 22 and have lived in north Leeds for the past year and a half (I was renting in Far Headingley prior to buying this flat). I work for SharkNinja and am in the office three days a week. In the evenings and on the weekends I like to spend my free time at CrossFit, going on runs/bike rides, watching football and cooking.
