Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a 3-bed house share. The location is ideal, just over the road from Waitrose and local bars, 5 minutes from the park, and under 5 minutes to buses into town.

The house is shared with two lovely , chill housemates who are easy to live with.
A bonus is that there’s also a very cute chihuahua called Bella that lives there, who I’m very sad to leave behind.

Rent is £433.33 per month, excluding bills

Move in date would ideally be 1st June, but can be flexible with this if you’d need to move in a bit after this!
