Fantastic Double Room (Bills incl.)

I have a fantastic double bedroom available in my lovely flat in Middleton, Leeds. It is a modern flat recently built in a very quiet and new neighbourhood. You will have your own designated parking space and there is plenty of parking spaces for visitors. The flat is a-2-minute walk away from the nearest bus stop and it takes around 15 minutes to drive to Leeds City Centre. It is close to M62 and M1.

There are loads of shops within a 5-minute walk -i. e., ASDA (supermarket and petrol station), Iceland, B&M, takeaway shops etc. including a Leisure centre which has a newly built gym. There’s also an Aldi further down the road within a 10-minute walk.

The room itself has a double bed, a wardrobe, and a lamp.
There is also high-speed fibre internet (super-fast fibre broadband) at the house. All the bills are inclusive of the rent.
The flat will be shared with another professional occupant and has a large open plan living / dining room and the living room is equipped with a a smart TV with all the channels and apps. You will have access to all this and all the utilities in the kitchen.

I am looking for a professional working person, preferably one that doesn’t work from home. I don’t live at the flat but will occasionally visit to check on a few things (roughly once every 2 months) However, I will never turn up unnoticed.

The flat will be shared between 2 professionals so I require a clean, responsible, and considerate person who will clean after themselves without being reminded.
