The house:
I am renting out my spare double bedroom in my home at the front of the house and is for rent starting 1st March 2026.
The room is a lovely size with a brand new double bed, Chester drawers and desk.
The house has a large family bathroom with bath and shower, with storage for toiletries, a huge kitchen with plenty of cupboards and a lovely open plan lounge and dining room with French doors leading out to the garden.
There is parking outside of the house or there’s 2 different bus stops nearby that can get you into Leeds city centre in 20 mins! The buses also go to plenty other locations too. The nearest train station is Morley which is 10 mins drive or 8 mins drive to M62/M1 if you’re driving further for work etc.
Near the house there is a corner shop and takeaway, 10 mins walk from the house is lots of other shops like Boots, Sainsbury’s, Greggs, pharmacy, post office, or 2 mins drive to White Rose Shopping centre, JD Gyms, Aldi, ASDA/large Sainsbury’s etc. ideal location! There’s a lovely park opposite the house too that has some great walks and cafe.
The rent is inclusive of bills so you don’t have to worry about setting anything up!

Would love social clean housemates who I could go out with or stay in and watch movies with a takeaway and chill, whildy also respecting each other's space.
