Rural annexe

The accommodation is situated on a working farm, though is not part of the farm. It has a large parking area. It comprises of entrance porch, kitchen/ living room, shower room and double bedroom. You will share the laundry facilities and a large fridge and freezer. All kitchen equipment, crockery, towels and bedding etc can be provided. The rental cost includes council tax, utilities and central heating and broadband. Would probably suit someone who wants to live quietly due to the location though there are a couple of good pubs within walking distance. There is a bus stop at the end of the lane. Wakefield, Barnsley and Huddersfield town centres are all about 20 minutes, and junctions 38 and 39 of the M1 are both about 5 minutes away. The price quoted is for one person. There would be an adjustment for couples. A well behaved pet is welcome and the property is gated and secure for dog containment.
