You'll be sharing a 5 bedroomed modern semi in Moortown, with 2 bathrooms, south facing good sized garden with patio, street parking and all mod cons with a 53 year old professional and her 19 year old daughter & 21 year old son (both home in uni hols only) a chilled out friendly cat and another lodger when that room is booked.

There is a shared large kitchen/dining/living space at the back of the house with American style fridge freezer, loads of cupboard space, an island breakfast bar, dining table and air hockey table! There is also a shared lounge with TV .

It is a short walking distance to local amenities at Moortown corner, with a Spa and BP 5 mins walk away and also a 10 minute walk to Sainsbury's, M&S, two gyms, coffee shops, restaurants, a bar/restaurant, a pub and several bus stops. It's also a 25ish minute walk to the bars, restaurants and shops of Chapel Allerton or 5 minute bus ride. Leeds City Centre is 4.5 miles away and a 10-15 minute drive or a 25 - 25 minute bus ride.
