You won't find a room this big, tidy and in such a peaceful home. It's overlooking the back garden and gets the sun all morning. The photos look a bit old school and dont do it justice, come for a viewing!
The room is furnished so storage isn't an issue. There's lots of open space, big open plan living room and kitchen. Lovely new bathroom and additional downstairs toilet.
AMENITIES: On street parking, 2 minute walk to bus stop that is direct route to town centre (number 7) and into the train stations. Takes about 35 mins into town. 5 min walk to Co-op, 10 minute walk to all amenities inc, big Sainsburys, Wickes, Argos, a lovely library, David Lloyds gym and pub. I mostly hit up Street Lane and Chapel Allerton for restaurants and cafes, super handy.
The area is a perfect balance between being in suburbs and close to the action.
