The room up for grabs is huge and newly renovated. It's overlooking the backgarden and is VERY peaceful, so expect an amazing nights sleep! The photos look a bit old school and dont do it justice, come for a viewing!
The room is part furnished (comes with a bed and a wardrobe, drawers, and a desk). There's also a built in closet. There's lots of open space, big open plan living room and kitchen. Lovely new bathroom and additional downstairs toilet.
Huge kitchen space, that is very under utilised tbh (I'm not good at cooking!) and 3 gardens to front back and side with a driveway.
AMENITIES: On street parking, 2 minute walk to bus stop that is direct route to town centre and into the train stations. 5 min walk to Co-op, 10 minute walk to all amenities inc, Sainsburys, Homebase, Argos, library, David Lloyds gym, pub and close to bars, restaurant's and shopping in lovely Chapel Allerton.
The area is a perfect balance between being in suburbs and close to the action.

I'm a 34 year old person (she/they) who likes to get tucked into community work. I'm LGBTQIA+ and work as a drag king on the side, which is super joyful, subversive and silly. I am very quiet otherwise, and like to spend a lot of time being cosy in bed with a good film!
