A lovely fully furnished double room is available in my clean, comfortable and welcoming 3-bedroom home in Morley.

I'm a full-time working professional and I'm looking for a clean, respectful and reliable lodger, preferably someone in full-time employment, who would like a comfortable place to call home.

The fully furnished double room includes:

- Wardrobe/storage
- Broadband/Wi-Fi access

🏠 The Home

You'll have use of the shared areas of the home, including:

- Fully equipped kitchen
- Cookware, pots and pans
- Crockery, cutlery and utensils
- Shared bathroom
- Separate shared toilet
- Broadband/Wi-Fi

Please provide your own bedding and towels.

🐶 Dog-Friendly Home

I also share my home with my friendly 3-year-old French Bulldog, who is very much part of the household.

You'll therefore need to be comfortable around dogs and genuinely happy to live in a home with one.

💷 Rent

£520 per calendar month – bills included

Deposit: £500 (refundable subject to the terms of the lodger agreement)

First month's rent and deposit payable before moving in.
