This home is excellently located in a friendly cul de sac in Morley, with superb access to the city, a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, and a 15 minute walk to the train station. There is also ample private parking (big drive!).

It’s close to the high street and the infamous ‘Morley Bottoms’ - a host of independent bars at the bottom of the high street and is buzzing with life on Fridays and Saturday nights!

The downstairs of the home comprises a cosy living room and bright, modern kitchen with a dining table, with French doors opening onto the garden.

Upstairs, you’ll find the two bedrooms and bathroom. There is often a snoozing cat as I also live with my friendly boy tabby.

About me:
I work full-time in the city centre for a women’s charity and can be busy throughout the week. I play netball in the evening, like to frequent the gym and catch up with friends. I’m also really enjoying parkruns on Saturday mornings 😊

I’m looking for a housemate that is friendly, easy-going and respectful. One thing to note: there is unfortunately no dishwasher, and little counter space, so you’ll have to be able to keep ontop of your washing up 😅

Ideally you’ll work away from the house, or at least hybrid. However if you’re fully remote, I’m afraid it won’t work for me, sorry!

It’d be nice if we can be friends too, settle in for Traitors on a Thursday or grab a drink in Morley Bottoms on the odd Friday night, but I also understand we’ll have our own busy lives! But someone I can get on with and feel relaxed around at the least (:
