It offers a peaceful countryside setting where there is no traffic noise - just the sound of birds singing. The location also benefits from transport links to the city centre, with local shops and public parks only a 3-minute walk away.
The en-suite room is available on the ground floor of a clean, well-maintained 3-bedroom semi-detached house. The property has been decorated and furnished to a high modern standard, providing a comfortable living environment. The whole en-suite area offers approximately 26–27 m² of private space, including: a 12–13 m² bedroom, a 9-10 m² office/dressing/entrance area, and a 3-4 m² private en-suite bathroom. The modern kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area were fully renovated five years ago. A off-street parking space is provided. For peace of mind, the property (outside) is protected by CCTV.

Please note:
- This is a non-smoking and alcohol-free household. Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted anywhere on the property, including the garden.
- Council tax (Band C), utilities, and internet are shared equally between all occupants. To ensure a quiet/comfortable living place, the house accommodates a maximum of three residents.
- A full-time professional is preferred.

Short stays may be considered. £250 per week including all bills for short stays of 1-3 months.
