The two double rooms are in a clean and tidy 3-bed semidetached house which has been decorated and furnished to a high modern standard. The shower room with bath is fully tiled, which will be used by two persons living in the two double rooms. The kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area were modernised three years ago. The house is protected by CCTV cameras.

The house is located in a semi-rural village (a very quiet and countryside place), with around 3 miles out of the city centre. There are also great transport links to the centre areas, and only a 3-min walking distance to food stores or public parks.

Shared areas: kitchen, dining area, shower room (two persons), lounge (to be ready to share in July), and patio garden. All Bills are included. Off-street parking is provided. No smoking and alcohol

Short stays are considered. Minimum stay is 2 nights and charged £30 per night. £180 per week. Bedding (bed sheets, duvets, pillows, cushions) can be offered for short stays only.
