Double room, sole use of main bathroom and use of private living room if desired in lovely house in Norland, Must love dogs as i have a Golden Retriever named Wilson who's very friendly. Under a ten minute walk to Sowerby Bridge Train Station but in lovely countryside, surrounded by fields. BT tv, Prime & Netflix and broadband and all bills &council tax included. I'm looking for someone I get on with but equally with use of a second living room, we won't be on top of each other. I work full time and rarely from home, I may sell up and move at some point so I’m not looking for someone long term. I would consider shorter term 3 to 6 months maybe?
