We have off street parking with only a few minutes walk to Normanton Train Station. The room is fully furnished, with plenty of storage. Rent of £460pcm includes off street parking, bills , excellent internet and a weekly cleaner.
The house has a beautiful fitted kitchen, washer, drier, constant hot water, 2 full bathrooms and a garden, with everything provided except for your own bedding and towels. Very easy access to the M62 and M1 link, Leeds, Castleford and Wakefield city centres. Excellent regular bus routes to Wakefield, Pontefract, Castleford and Knottingley bus stations (187/188) every 10 mins.
