Lovely double room in leafy Oakwood flat

I am a live-in landlady, seeking a post-grad or professional person who usually is out during the working day. I am a Management Trainer and spend about a week a month travelling away from the flat. I am seeking a lodger who would enjoy looking after the cat (Larry David) while I'm away.

Ten mins walk to various bus stops to city centre. Bus to centre takes about 20 mins out of rush hour. Supermarkets and shops 10 mins walk away.

The ideal person will be quiet, polite and friendly and in a stable phase of life. I live in a very quiet and secure block of flats with professional neighbours, so I'm not looking for a party person, but of course you'd be welcome to have a friend or two over for dinner. If you have a partner I would rather they do not stay over, or very occasionally so.

I have successfully had lodgers before and they usually start with a six month agreement and stay a year or longer. I'm a good communicator and would be keen to have an open discussion about what will be a successful living arrangement for both of us early on.

All bills (also WIFI) are included in the rent. If you need more heating / hot water than average then we will need a conversation about a small increase to cover that.
