2 min walk from the train station, 20min commute into Leeds City Centre so super easy!

1 single bedroom available but happy to accommodate any furniture ect into the rest of the house. The room is currently set up as a home office but looking to change this into a spare room.

A bit about myself - I'm a 31 designer working in Leeds, working around 2 days a week from home. Super friendly and up for meeting new people but also happy to leave ya' to your own devices if that's preferred. I have 3 indoor cats and spent most of my time filming and creating social media content (about all things Pokemon n gaming!), spending time with my friends and travelling about to different card shows. I'm pretty busy so you will have the house to yourself a lot of the time too.

I like to keep a clean tidy home and don't smoke.
