Hi im looking for a lodger on short term basis. I can guarantee monthly accommodation on a rolling contract. Possibly allow small pets if they're fully house trained.
I can't guarantee long term as I will be moving some time in the new year.
Couples are welcome but you would be paying higher fee of £750 pcm.
