I have a property near Pontefract Hospital which is a 7-yr old new build. It offers a 'new' bedroom, with associated bathroom and parking spot.
There is a shared lounge, kitchen and garden.
Please note that this will be under a lodger's agreement and I will have access to all rooms, but for our understanding you will have exclusive access to a bathroom, bedroom and parking spot.
Looking preferably for short-term lets. (3 months max stays)
The rent offered is pro calendar month. Dependant on your requirements, we will be flexible on price (ie: for 2 weeks /month - circa £225).
The house is located 1-min walk away from Pontefract Hospital and we will prioritise hospital workers (my wife is a nurse as well). Pontefract does have free bus shuttles to Pinderfields Wakefield Hospital.
