Currently home to two young nurses and a fashion designer. They are laid-back, clean, tidy, and enjoy activities like walking, cooking and watching TV. They're looking for a new housemate with a similar mindset who is seeking a home.

Each bedroom comes fully furnished with sturdy Ikea pieces, including a double bed, bedside table, mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a desk with a chair.

The house is equipped with safety features, including a hard-wired fire alarm, emergency lighting on all floors, and fire doors throughout, which also provide excellent soundproofing. All windows are double-glazed, and the house has broadband wifi throughout.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a TV, as well as a large kitchen/dining room that also provides access to a cellar for additional storage.
