Currently home to three young professional women who all work locally, the house has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and is very much treated as a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

Sophie, Emily and Jess are looking for a fourth housemate who is friendly, considerate and easy-going, and who would be happy to settle in and make the house their home too.

Each bedroom in the house is fully furnished with sturdy Ikea pieces, including a double bed, bedside table, mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawers, and a desk with a chair.

The house is equipped with safety features, including a hard-wired fire alarm, emergency lighting on all floors, and fire doors throughout, which also provide excellent soundproofing. All windows are double-glazed, and the house has broadband wifi throughout.

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room with a TV, a dining room with a large table and finally a fully equipped kitchen that also provides access to a cellar for additional storage.
