I am the owner of the property and currently live in the house. I am a musician/singer and a climber who loves to get out on outdoor adventures. It would be great to find someone who also shares some of these interest!

I am ideally looking for a cat loving housemate to live with myself and my 2 male cats, Blue and Rolo who are 9 year old house cats (due to the main road).

I travel about quite a bit at weekends, so there may be periods when I am not about much. I would be very keen on finding a housemate who wouldn't mind feeding the cats while I'm away. Of course if no-one would be in I'd pay for a cat sitter.

Masters, PhD, Exchange students, etc. will be considered.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room.

Right near Pudsey Train Station. Perfect for those who commute.

Loads of restaurants and shops near by, including Pudsey Asda Superstore which is within walking distance.

There is some off-road parking to the back of the house, but on-road parking is available as well.

Small caged pets considered, however, I don't think my cats would get on with other cats unfortunately as I have tried integrating them with other cats in the past and it was unsuccessful. Cat friendly dogs could be considered. Smaller pets should be fine. For larger animals a higher deposit would be required.
