Hello! I'm looking to rent out my spare room in my 2-bed terrace house in Pudsey.
The room is a compact double, with a shared bathroom. The house is very close to Pudsey town centre, and to Pudsey bus station with good links into Leeds or Bradford. The street itself is a quiet cul-de-sac, which is cat friendly. Cats are welcome. Pudsey train station is a short drive away, or about a 20-min walk
There is permitted parking if you need somewhere to park your car. Bills are included.
I'm a calm, friendly, and understanding person :). I typically work in Leeds city Monday-Friday, and occasionally work from home. Moved to Pudsey not long ago (from the south originally), so still sort of exploring the area. Into yoga, gym, boardgames, good coffee and finding hidden gems in charity-shops, of which Pudsey has many (and a few lovely cafes!).
