Spacious furnished double room with its own private kitchenette available in a large 4-bedroom detached family home in Queensbury, Bradford (BD13).

The room is ideal for someone who wants a bit more independence and privacy than a standard house share, while still having the comfort of a family home.

£625 per month – bills included, including gas, electricity, water and Wi-Fi.

The house is occupied by myself and my three children, so I’m looking for a clean, respectful and considerate lodger who is comfortable living in a family household.

The room will be furnished with a double bed, storage and the essentials, and the private kitchenette gives you your own space for preparing food and drinks.

Long-term preferred, with a minimum stay of around 3 months. Shorter stays may be considered.

Non-smoker preferred. References and deposit may be required.
