I have a bedroom to let in Rastrick, Brighouse in a quiet residential street, a recently renovated house with new flooring/carpets, kitchen, shower room, the room has a ¾ double bed, large wardrobe and large chest of drawers.

The house is warm and light with large windows that lets in a lot of sunshine, the ground floor has a shared kitchen/dining and living area. To the front of the house there’s a paved garden with sitting area, ample parking next to the house and there’s also a useful cellar for some storage, as well as broadband, VirginTV, washing machine, iron etc. all included.

It is approx 5 mins walk to Brighouse, which has bus and train stations with an easy commute to Huddersfield, Bradford, Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester. The house has close amenities with a local shop, takeaways, pubs, Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury’s supermarkets close by.

I am a 43 year old professional who loves to socialise and travel. I am house proud and hope to share with somebody who will enjoy and respect the space. The house offers a layout that would allow a nice balance between private and shared space.

The room will be available from the middle of January I am advertising now to give people opportunity to come and see the house….

The Rent is £400 per month - including bills, so everything is in with that price . To secure the room I will require a bond of £200 and one month’s rent in advance.
