Spacious and homely house on the edge of Rodley

We’re two friendly, mature professionals looking for a third housemate to join our welcoming home. The house is recently decorated, with modern furnishings and has plenty of natural light.

The room is on the top floor, it has just been newly decorated and is ready for you to move straight in. It has lovely big windows with fantastic views over the Rodley Nature Reserve and across Leeds. The room is small to medium sized but has a double bed with plenty of cupboard and drawer space (it’s bedroom 3 on floor plan), additional wardrobe for this room on the landing just outside the room

The house has a large bathroom, a cosy lounge, and a large kitchen with lots of cupboard space. A cleaner visits twice a month, so shared spaces are always tidy and clean. (The house is also non-smoking)

There is a bus stop just outside, and Leeds city centre is a short commuting distance. The location is great, right opposite the canal, perfect for cycling or walking into Leeds. Rodley Nature Reserve is also a short walk. You’ll be close to Kirkstall Road for gyms, cinema, and restaurants. Leeds Bradford Airport is also closeby.
