The house is well looked after, fully furnished, homely and cosy, retaining many original features with a large new modern kitchen and lounge. There is a small garden at the front of the house and a private courtyard to the rear.

We are 5 minutes walk from Roundhay Park, just behind Street Lane with a wide range of local boutique shops, supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants with excellent frequent buses into Leeds City centre. There is ample street parking available.

The household enjoy creating a home where there is plenty of space to offer both the opportunity to spend time socialising or spending down time on your own.
