The room includes a bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, TV aerial socket, and multiple plug sockets, making it ideal for both relaxing and working from home.

The home also has an office/study room consisting of a computer and printer, which would be accessible to the prospective room mate which makes studying/working from home

The property benefits from a large shared living room and a generously sized kitchen with full access to:

* Electric oven & grill
* Microwave
* Toaster
* Dishwasher
* Washing machine

All areas of the home, apart from the other bedroom, are shared communal spaces.

Located on a quiet one-way road in Havercroft, the house is in a great spot for commuting. The nearest train station is around a 10-minute drive or 20-minute walk away, while both Wakefield and Barnsley town centres can be reached in approximately 15 minutes by car.

Unfortunately, due to the resident cats, additional cats or dogs can’t be accepted. However, smaller room-based pets or fish may be considered.
