Newly decorated, neutral double room with bright garden window looking for a single tenant, or couple. Currently an office but will remove everything except the bookshelves unless requested!.

I travel a lot for work and would therefore not be in the property for most of the time. When I am home, it's very chill here - I like to cook, watch telly, go on runs and get plenty of sleep!

I'm not a partier, or big socialiser in the house so I'd be looking for someone who lives a similar quiet lifestyle. My house is all newly renovated, so I'd like someone who will look after the property. Pets may be considered.

Rent includes the cost of bills. £650 per month for a single occupant, £750 per month for a couple to cover the extra bills.
