I have three spacious cleanly decorated double rooms available, in a new build four bed house, which is clean, tidy and with all new fittings. Two of the rooms have a fitted wardrobe, memory foam mattress and sky Q box. All bills included with shared kitchen, shared bathroom with bath and shower, 2nd toilet, living room which has TV and Netflix. There is a cat in the house and a garden. No smokers please, not even occasionally outside the property. Aldi superstore is close by as are Sherburn In Elmet station and South Milford station.
