The service charges are £3800 a year, electric and water charges £800 a year, rates £1,900 year, ground rent £450, insurance £1,900. These bill are included in the monthly rent level.

References are required for proof of income/student course. The tenancy will be 1 month ongoing until either the tenant or landlord gives notice. Usually if the new tenant and existing tenant are compatible the tenancy is as long as the tenant requires.

The room is furnished to a very high standard - hasn't as yet been lived in - all the furniture is new. There is a shared open plan living area and joint kitchen.

The existing housemate is female - professional. The apartment is very clean and tidy and a cleaner will come once every two weeks to clean communal areas.
