I am a live in landlord looking for a working professional to share a room in my beautifully renovated Victorian home in Shipley. Room can be furnished as per housemates request.

Shipley train station is a 5-10 minute walk, perfect for commuters to Leeds and beyond. Major bus route a stones throw away with buses every ten minutes to Bradford. Shipley town center is less than 5 minutes walk (Asda, swimming baths, library, banks etc). Saltaire village is less than 5 minutes walk with loads of great restaurants, bars, pubs and shops.

The room available is a double bedroom with use of same floor bathroom (shared with 1 female) and is inclusive of bills. 1gig Wi-fi - service available free on request.

Shared facilities include contemporary dining kitchen with dish washer, Double range oven, 2 large fridge freezer's, microwave etc, utility and laundry room.
