Unfurnished double room available in a really nice location surrounded by nature, with both a canal and river nearby — perfect if you like walks, running, cycling, or just being outdoors. Despite the peaceful setting, it’s only a 5-minute walk into town with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, and shops nearby.

I’m a working professional and creative person, so ideally looking for someone chilled out, respectful, and easy to live with. I enjoy socialising and having a good chat, but I also value my own space and quiet time, so I’d like someone with a similar balance.

The room is currently unfurnished, although I’d potentially be open to sorting a bed if we come to an agreement.

Would suit another person who’s clean, considerate, and not into loud parties or constant noise. No smokers please.
