Hi. I am a 55 year old live in landlord with a large double room to let in my good - sized victorian house. It is situated in Stanningley, about a 10 minute walk from Pudsey train station. I love cats and gardening interior design and socialising. I'm looking for another lady ( any age ) but as Stanningley is a fair way out of Leeds city centre, it would probably not be ideal for a student unless they had a car. I don't make much noise but am a very sociable person.
