Room with own toilet available in a flat

I have a spacious double room available in my 2 bedroom flat in Stanningley.
I originally chose a 2 bed so my 3 year old son could have his own room, but he's not quite ready to sleep in it yet, so I've decided to rent it out. At the moment I'm looking for someone interested in a short-term stay, rather than a long-term flatmate.
A little about us:
I work full-time.
Just my son and I live in this flat
My son and I are usually only at home during weekday evenings and weekends.
My son is very well behaved, and we're a quiet, respectful household.
The flat includes:
A spacious double bedroom.
Your own bathroom with a shower over the bath (the flat has two bathrooms).
A large shared open-plan living room and kitchen.
A second-floor flat (just two short flights of stairs).
I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easy to live with.
