Large furnished double bedroom in a 3 storey terraced house available from 1 Sept at £500 per month. Room comes furnished with large double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and bedside table. Only furniture a new lodger may need is a desk. The pictures included are from a previous lodger, please excuse the untidyness :)

All bills included, as well as fibre internet. Communal areas include a large bathroom, sizeable kitchen, and decent sized living room. Council tax band A.

The house is located close to New Pudsey station. Perfect for easy commuting to Leeds or Bradford by car, train, bike, or bus. There's space for parking out front or in the yard out back.

I work a mix of self employed and part time work, use the living room for home workouts, and play a lot of badminton. I'm usually upstairs gaming when I'm not in the kitchen or doing a workout, otherwise I'm out and about quite a lot.

I have a 15 year old indoor cat. She's a total sweetheart and a daddy's girl, so you'll likely see her following me about. Anyone moving in doesn't have to be a cat person, but must have an awareness not to let her out, leave windows/doors open, or trap her somewhere by accident.

I don't have a huge preference when it comes to a potential lodger but I think it's important to have common interests if possible and not someone too much older than me. It'd be great to have someone who's open to socialising.

There's no smoking allowed inside the house, however I'm fine with vaping as long as my cat isn't around.

I'd like an LGBT lodger but it's not essential, so all welcome to apply.
