The Bedroom is completely furnished to include gas-lift storage Double bed with hybrid memory foam mattress, all bedding and the bed linen too (if required), bedside drawers/lamps, Quad wardrobe unit with dresser, drawers and lockers up top, Chest of 8 Drawers, full length mirror and Wall Mounted Samsung TV (or can leave the bracket for your own TV if preferred) and quality carpet with underlay.

Oak Kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, washing machine, double oven, induction hob and extractor, chrome heated towel rail and breakfast bar with wall mounted Samsung TV.

There is also a Drying/Ironing room.
Outside we have a sunny garden, Drive for off road parking and secure shed with Remote electric Door for Bikes etc.

My house has upvc double glazing and central heating throughout with digital TRVs and your own adjustable digital Thermostat in the room, plus Mains Pressure Hot Water System.

Rent includes All Bills, Unlimited Max Speed Fibre-optic Broadband, and regular cleaning of shared areas.

Inside the house is No Smoking/Vaping but you would be ok to smoke/Vape outside.
