Suitable for someone who:
- is a non- smoker
- agrees to us seeking references and UK police DBS checks
- is able to provide overseas police certificate if been in the UK less than 5 years.
- is available to assist for 10 hours every week with practical tasks including cleaning, paperwork and cooking
- can afford the monthly fees : £150/ month plus bills: £80 gas and electric. Council tax is £50/ month.
(No council tax is payable for students).
- for someone has time and availability to go through the application and introduction process which can take time.
