- can you afford the monthly fees: £180/ homeshare fee; bills £80; Council tax £53/month, (except for full time Students)
- If you move into a Homeshare living arrangement there is a one-off £50 fee to cover our processes.
- We carry out rent checks, reference checks, police DBS checks. We require overseas police certificate for anyone who’s been in the UK less than 5 years.
