This retirement age live-in female homeowner has shared with us she usually feels more comfortable living with a female sharer due to her living arrangements in the home. The homeowner provides a welcoming friendly home. Please be assured that our service as a whole welcomes all enquirers and applicants to suitable opportunities.

Are you:
- a non- smoker
- do you have 10 hours free each week to help with practical tasks including housework, paperwork and cooking
- can you afford the monthly fees: £180/ homeshare fee; bills £80; Council tax £55/month, (except for full time Students)
- If you move into a Homeshare living arrangement there is a one-off £50 fee to cover our processes.

We carry out right to rent checks, reference checks, police DBS checks. We require an overseas police certificate for anyone who’s been in the UK less than 5 years.

This opportunity is for someone who is available to go through the application and introductions, who is happy to spend sociable time in the home offering practical help.
