Double room/whole house/ SnowHill/Wakefield

We’ve got a double/king size furnished rooms available in our home in Wrenthorpe, Wakefield — a highly desirable, safe, and quiet area with great links to Wakefield town centre and nearby hospitals. This is ideal short-term accommodation for a few weeks or a few months, particularly suited to student nurses or healthcare professionals on placement (we’ve rented to nurses before and it’s always been a great fit).

The rooms:
• 1 x Double bedroom – spacious, comfortable, and fully furnished
• there is a Single bed available in our office room if really needed. (Speak to us for more information)

The house:
• Shared bathroom
• Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances available to use, including a Sage Barista-style coffee machine (yes, it’s good — no instant coffee trauma here)
• Garden (if a smoker please only smoke outside)
• Plenty of off-street parking nearby, plus a driveway for two cars — we’re happy to move one of our cars if required/ My partners works away more of the time so there will be space on drive most of the time.

About us:
You’d be sharing with myself and my partner, plus our friendly Fox Red Labrador (very social, zero aggression, professional attention-seeker). As long as you’re happy living with a dog and sharing a home rather than a silent Airbnb, we’ll get on just fine.

We’re looking for someone easy-going, respectful, and tidy, who wants a comfortable, calm place to stay while they focus on work or study.
