I’ve got a king size furnished rooms available in my home in Wrenthorpe, Wakefield. A highly desirable, safe, and quiet area with great transport links to Wakefield town centre and nearby hospitals with a bus stop directly down the street.

• Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances available to use, including a Sage Barista-style coffee machine (yes, it’s good! no instant coffee trauma here)
• Garden (if a smoker please only smoke outside)
• Plenty of off-street parking nearby, plus a driveway for two cars

About me:
You’d be sharing with myself, plus my friendly Fox Red Labrador (very social, zero aggression, professional attention-seeker). As long as you’re happy living with a dog and sharing a home rather than a silent household, we’ll get on just fine.

I’m looking for someone easy-going, respectful, and tidy. I work from home all day so I need someone who can respect the place well and have a calm atmosphere.

Would consider couples but would be higher rent due to higher bills and more people sharing a space.
