Double bedroom available for 1 professional in our home.
Close to Headingly and Kirkstall. We are looking for someone who who works mainly outside of the house who is vegetarian or vegan or happy to eat this way in the house.

The house is in a residential friendly cul de sac , We have parking on the front driveway.

There are two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower, the other with a bath and shower.

We have a large open plan kitchen diner with conservatory with wood burner that leads on to decking are and private garden.

The large back garden is not overlooked and gets the sun all afternoon and evening. We have a decked area for al fresco dining as well as lounging area.

You will be sharing with 1 males and 1 female (34y & 35y)

I have a bedroom in the house that I use when I'm back in the UK. I live abroad on average of 9 months a year and pop back to Leeds for a few weeks at a time. I have a cavapoo dog that travels with me.
