This delightful 2 bedroomed riverside cottage is located in the heart of the lovely historic market town of Wetherby. You'll be stunned with the views from the cottage, especially from the main bedroom where you can wake to the incredible views of the beautiful River Wharf!

This lovely cottage comes fully equipped with everything you'll need for a quiet and comfortable stay, and it provides the perfect base with which to explore the local area.

Connect to our high speed wifi to keep up with your social media, emails or work schedule.

You can also enjoy Now TV with the Entertainment Package from the comfort of the living room.

We have 2 double bedrooms which can both be made up to suit your requirements either with king size beds or twin beds. The living room also has a sofa bed meaning our cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people. All bedding and towels will be provided for use during your stay.

Our kitchen is equipped with cooker, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee maker. We also have crockery, pans, and cutlery for your convenience.
The town centre is 2-3 minutes walk where you can discover a wide range of independent retailers, coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and bars, bakeries, supermarkets, and more.

Wetherby is situated in a very convenient location just off the M1 which makes for a very easy commute North or South. Also close by is the thriving city of Leeds, the superb spa town of Harrogate and the historic city of York.

Wetherby racecourse is also very close by as are a number of renowned local wedding venues such as Rudding Park, Woodhall, and Stockeld Park to name just a few.

Beautiful Yorkshire countryside surrounds Wetherby with excellent walking, golf, fishing, and cycling all very close by.

We provide linen and towels for our guests. All of the bills are included.

Complimentary house keeping is available for guests staying more than 7 days.

Payments are taken in advance for your stay, although there we will refund 100% of your payment for cancellations within the first 24 hours of booking. We will give a 50% refund on cancellations made up to 4 weeks before booking.
