About me: I'm a sensitive person, I currently enjoying dancing, improv, volunteering, films, currently in psychotherapy training, i'm veggie and eco-conscious and like to eat and be healthy, I want to hang out and spend time together, (its lovely having people around the house, to catch up with and play games etc) and we can also respect eachother's spaces and boundaries. I like to keep my house clean and chilled.

The Space:
1. I'm offering a Double room in my house. I'm a live-in-Landlord. My house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, which has off-street parking on the driveway (I don't drive so its yours!), a garage for storage/bikes etc and a nice garden at the back, with flowers!

2. The living room is shared, It's a great size with plenty of sofa space, a dining table and a nice view of the back garden which lets plenty of light in. There is a lovely big bath in the bathroom as well as shower. Absolutely Queer friendly!

Location:
The location is Whinmoor, a 20 min walk from Roundhay Park. There's a bus stop 2 mins walk away which goes to the City Centre (30-40 mins ride) (15 mins to Crossgates). Very close to A64 for driving to York/the seaside and the ringroad/orbital route for car travel around Leeds.

Are you a good fit?
1. I'm Vegetarian so I'm looking for someone who is also vegetarian. If you're not, I'll consider you if you can be respectful and you're lovely (and clean). I don't drink so I would like someone who is chilled and doesn't drink or party a lot. I'd also like to live with someone who is eco-conscious! Someone who is tidy and clean is essential.

2. I really would like to make friends and spend time together! I do the selection process carefully and want to make sure we get on and there is a warmth/safety between us.
